Interference plays a very important role in wireless communication system, which not only affects the normal operation of our network, but also affects the quality of the user's communication. It has become the main disclosure from users.

There are many kinds of interference and noise existing. In my research, attention will be paid on the co-channel interference. The so-called co-channel interference refers to that unwanted signal carrier frequency is the same with the desired signal carrier frequency, which lead to receiver that receives the desired signal getting interference. However, before cancelling interference, we should propose a blind signal identification algorithm. Use blind signal identification algorithm to distinguish the desired signal from receiver.

In my research, I will use 16 Quadrature amplitude modulation(16QAM) technique to modulate my signal, after then up-sampling. On account of raised cosine signal which is used to eliminate the intersymbol interference(ISI), so in practice, the approach adopts two parts: baseband filter in transmitter and matched filter in receiver, and each part is square root raised cosine filter. The new point of my research is to try demodulate the 16QAM signal which has nonlinear distortion in amplitude and phase at the receiver. Saleh's model is used to simulate the nonlinear wireless communication environment. So the first, I use MATLAB to simulate the whole process of wireless communication in nonlinear system. The second, I will propose a method to identify the desired signal from blind signal and demodulate the desired signal which has already gotten nonlinear distortion.
