It was 11.pm, April 11th when I first stepped into UEC. After almost 12 hours' travel, I nearly got exhausted. But the clean and wet air refreshed me as soon as I got off the taxi in front of the UEC International House. To my surprise, I received a warm welcome by the Sasaki sensei and the senior JUSST students. And what's next? It's a busy evening for me to tidy up my duds in my new dormitory.
Compared by my home university (UESTC), UEC is smaller but more quiet. The university buildings are nice and new, and the labs are quite well equipped. It was comfortable to study in UEC. Computers both in library and in JUSST room are available in the daily time. There are a lot of reference books to consult and you can manage to get them just by your student ID card.
Teachers in UEC are very kind to me. They told me details about UEC so that I could live here freely. And professors are quite of profound knowledge .The lectures which I have taken should be funny and useful. Some different ideas and knowledge will enrich my experience and enlarge my horizon.
All in all, it will be a little difficult for me to say some negative aspect of UEC. And UEC is opening up for me a new life that will bring much excitement and enjoyment in the coming one year.
