Now I am in master degree 1st,Saitolab,EE department.There are two groups in the Saito lab,one is narton group,the other one is the VHDL group.I belong to the VHDL group.In my lab, we use FPGA to implement the martrix calculation by programing the VHDL language.VHDL is the language to design the hardware circuit.Often we download the VHDL program to FPGA to implement special functions.
The softwares we often used are MAXPLUS2,PEAK,and C++builder.Peak and Maxplus2 are used to compile and synthesis the programs,C++ builder is used to check the result.
The FPGA board now we used is mutsu board.The main function is to implement special matrix calculations.I always should pay more attention on the clock of the system.Because alwaysthe siganls become too difficult including clock.
I will in Saito lab for one year!I wish I can get knowlage as much as possible.I will do my best to study hard!
