My name is Xudan. I come from jingzou city,HuBei province,China. My hometown lies on the side of YangZi river, which is a river allthrough China.

    From my childhood,I have known that my hometown is famous for rice and cotton.It is one of the most agricultural province of China.There is fertile land,beautiful natural scenes and plentiful travel source.You can enjoy the sanxia scene by ship along the YangZi river.Every year there is a dragon boat game in my hometown on 5th of fifth lunar month,which is a Chinese traditional festival.On this day,people usually eat glutinous rice dumpling and watch the dragon boat game.

    The city of my hometown is an anicient town.It also remains the ancient city wall now.And there are some ancient weaponries in the city museum. My hometown is also famous for master sportmen.There are two world champions from my hometown.One is Li xiaoshuang,who is the gymnastics champion of Olympic game in 1998.The other one is Fu mingxia,who has received several gold medals of diving on the Olympic game.

    The People of my hometown is vey warm to guests.Beautiful mountines and charming river brings up generataions of people.Although from my college I left my hometown and only go back hometown twice one year, I also miss my hometown,the simple people of my hometown,the YangZiriver,and the small mountains.

    Welcome to my hometown!although it has not flourishing street and skyscaper it is the best place in my spirit for ever.There remains my footprint of growingand beautiful childhood memory.
