Take the Keio Line from Shinjuku and get down at Chofu Station. Take the North Exit (you can see PARCO). Take the Bus numbers 14 or 34 and get down at Yagumodai yubinkyoku (this stop is after yagumodai shogakko stop, so dont get confused).
