I am Prabhu from the India. I have tons of things to share, but have'nt been able to put things in order. So keep coming to my home page to the latest update.

After completing my M.Sc(Physics) from American College, Madurai, INDIA, I did my M.Sc(Engg.) from the Electrical Communication Engineering Department, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, INDIA. I was employed as Scientific Officer at Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering Reserach (SAMEER), Bombay. Presently doing my Ph.D at the Institute of Laser Sciences, University of Electro-Communications, Chofu-shi, Tokyo 182

Projects Undertaken

PRESENT WORK

I am currently working on "Ultra Sensitive Detectors for Inter-satellite communiation". I will be using Fiber Raman Amplifiers for detecting the weak signals.

PAST WORK

Worked at SAMEER on the following:
   1.Design and fabrication of Fresnel Lens Integrated Optic Power splitters
   2.Photolithography, E-beam evaporation, Reactive Ion Etching (Click here for articles on RIE Publications)
   3.Characterization of optical waveguides
   4.Beam Propagation Method

Personal Interests

One of my favorite personalities is Jesus Christ. He was a revolutionary and His words and His thoughts were so different and out of this world. I would like to follow this person, whose word applies even today.
