Class Cancellation for Planned Blackouts
The planned blackout is expected to happen continuously at least until the end of April. If executed as planned, classes may be canceled. Be sure to check with your department for details.

If the planned blackout is executed, the classes during the blackout will be canceled. See “Table of Class Cancellation for Planned Blackouts”.
Note 1: The planned blackout may take place twice a day. Please check the following websites for updates in the evening before the day and around the noon on the day. It remains uncertain whether or not the planned blackout will be executed, until then. UEC (1-5-1 Chofugaoka, Chofu-city) is in Group 2-D.
Note 2: UEC will update Class Cancellation Notice on the web; however, it may not be available to you because of the blackout. This class cancellation will last up until early May. Please expect further notice.
The following regular class hours a day at UEC is for your reference:
- Class 1 9:00-10:30
- Class 2 10:40-12:10
- Class 3 13:00-14:30
- Class 4 14:40-16:10
- Class 5 16:15-17:45
- Class 6 17:50-19:20
- Class 7 19:30-21:00
Graduate School of Information Systems
Regardless of the planned blackout, all classes will be conducted. However, some classes may be subject to alteration. Be sure to check with Graduate School of Information Systems’ website for details.
