My research

    My job in the laboratory is Fuzzy Control Of Robot Movement, and I used C Language to complement it .The robot is move by two wheels, so I control the speed of wheels in order to implement a lot of action. For example, going to target destination accurately, avoiding the obstacle, rotating itself. At beginning my professor gave me a software called "FIRA robot soccer simulate" that can download from http://www.fira.net, and there are ten robots which are distributed to two teams. It looks like real soccer game. It has a ball, and each robot has to do is kick the ball to the goal in order to win. Because of this, I have to design a lot of actions. For example, shooting ,passing ball, intercepting the ball. Moreover I have to design a lot of strategy that contain a series different actions ,because good strategy can let you win the game. So to design a good strategy is very important. Last year, I went to Korea to join the "2004 FIRA robot soccer competition" and one of the evens is "FIRA robot soccer simulate”. After I went to Korea, I started to design new strategy for the real robot. In fact ,it is very similar to “FIRA robot soccer simulate”, but this is real robot not simulation, I have to consider some physic problems. I think that is the only one different. i still designed the strategy in the simulation and used it to the real robot.     At feature i think i might use robot to explore some dangerous place, like Volcano, oceanic trench, moreover explore at Mars, or saving people when an accident happened. i am more interested in human robot even i just have a little basic knowledge of that.
