Lu Yongkui's Research work

  My Major is mechanics and control system, My supervisor is Aoyama. I will research about micro robot system, and choose a project start my research work.

  One of our research projects is the establishment of " Desktop Precise Flexible Micro Manufacturing System by Miniature Robots with Micro Tools ans Sensors" as shown below. For these years, we succeeded in making many miniature robots which had practical performances with accurate working such as fine machining, topography monitoring, micro indenting, micro patterning and so on.

  It can move on not only horizontal plane but also curved surfaces including wall and ceiling with micro step resolution although application should be limited on the metal materials such as steel. If you want to employ them even on non-ferromagnetic materials, then you can use flexible steel plate with pit hole which is put on the target object.

  I like making robot, and I will make one.

Abstract:
I will make a micro robot to operate cell. Two micro robot works together, an micro egg is put in one robot(woman robot), and another micro robot (man robot) will find where the woman robot is ,and inject some medicine to the micro egg. I use three sensors to control the moment of the micro robot, sound sensor,light sensor and contact sensor.
objective:
control the micro robot's operation accuratly.
plan:
I will make the circuit of the control systerm, and then test if it works right, and then I will make the micro robot,make the three sensor works together,and test if it can send and receive the message of the robot , and then program by the computer to control the micro robot's operation as we like.
status:
Now I am making the circuit of the control system, and I have not finish it, there are seven circuits that I need, I have finished three of them.
