My home university is IPN (National Polytechnic Institute),it was founded in 1936 under the idea to integrate and structurate the mexican technical studies. The motto of the National Polytecnic Institute is "La Tecnica al Servicio de la Patria".
In its shield there is a tower corresponds to Civil engineering and the branches of the knowledge; the gear represents Mechanical engineering and its compatible branches.The Matraz on the center, surrounded by a serpent, symbolizes Biological and Medical sciences. The balance with subject of gossip in balance represents sciences of the commerce and economia, in ideal balance with social sciences. Our mascot is a white donkey and simbolize our alma mater.
Mechanical,Electro-Communications and Computer Engineering and the graduate school where I am actualy studing my PhD.The Club or shout of battle is: Huelum, Huelum, Gloria a la Cachi Cachi Porra a la Cachi Cachi Porra Pim Pom Porra Pim Pom Porra Politecnico, Politecnico Gloria!
The IPN has about 20 schools that are divided by speficic areas, my school it is the ESIME Culhuacan there are three specialization: Mechanical,Electro-Communications and Computer Engineering and the graduate school where I am actualy studing my PhD.
