UEC Vice President Attended 60th Anniversary Ceremony of Harbin Engineering University
The Harbin Engineering University (HEU) with which UEC has international exchange agreement, held the 60th anniversary celebration on Sept 1, 2013. Dr. Abe, the vice president, and Dr. Hamano, the specially-appointed professor of Center for International Programs and Exchange participated in the ceremony.
