The delegation of Information Security Committee (ISC) of Vietnamese Government (total 8 members) visited the University of Electro-Communications (UEC) on 25^th April. 

 

After the welcome addresses by the President, Dr. Fukuda and the Member of the Board of Directors, Professor Nakano, we introduced ourselves each other and exchanged opinions freely to enhance future interchange. It was a meaningful meeting for our further interaction. 

 

In the afternoon, they visited Sakiyama Laboratory, Pham Laboratory, Sawada Laboratry, Fujii Laboratory, and Ishibashi Laboratory, which are laboratories in the research field of LSI and Security. Then, ISC delegation members discussed future student exchange with Professor Ishibashi and Professor Pham. 

 

We expect to collaborate with universities and research institutes in Vietnam for research and student exchange further in the near term. Therefore, this visiting created a very significant opportunity for our future collaboration.
