Are you leaving Japan temporarily for your spring vacation?
(returning to your home country)
Report your temporary leave to Internaiional Student Office before your departure, by filling in the FORM with the permission by your supervisor/advisor.
The form is available at International Student Office.
Applications for re-entry permit must be completed prior to departure at Immigration Office.
