Abot single room

An applying students can't submit it to a new student dormitory.
When applying, students reciving MEXT_scholarship or government_scholarship or expensive scholarship stipendiary or the person decided informally can't apply.
The tenancy period for those who are determined to MEXT_scholarship or government_scholarship or expensive scholarship receipts from now to April 2017 is 2017.4.1 to 2018.3.23 (one year).
