Entrance Fee Exemption/Deferred Payment, Tuition Exemption/Deferred Payment/ Installment Payment
All entrance fees and tuition must be paid in full. However, there are programs in which exemption, deferred payment, and installment payment (for tuition only) can be authorized if the student is having difficulty paying these fees and has met designated standards. Please note that these programs apply to full-time students only.
An announcement will be placed on the bulletin board in advance before the application period begins. Please be that aware if requirements are not met, authorization will not be granted. In this case, the student may be subject to expulsion unless he or she pays the tuition and other fees by the deadline. (If you lose your status as a student, your student visa becomes invalid.)
Authorization for exemption depends upon application conditions and the university’s budget constraints for a given semester. The student must keep in mind before applying that authorization will not necessarily be granted.
