Tutoring Program
For newly entering international students (graduate students and research students), a senior student will serve as a tutor to offer extracurricular instruction and support concerning Japanese-language study, basic academic skills, study and research in the student’s specialized field, and everyday life.
The time period for tutoring services is the first year.
Tutors are assigned by the university, based on recommendations from academic supervisors if you have any special requests or would like to change your tutor, please consult your academic supervisor or the International Student Advisor.
