International Student Party
On January 19, 2010 there was UEC International Student Party, hosted by the president. International students, tutors, guests from scholarship foundations and long-involved community members with our Home Visit Program and KIMONO Dressing Class enjoyed this intercultural exchange. The 300 participants were entertained with live performances of song and dance by international students as well as of Nagauta, a kind of traditional Japanese song played with a three-string instrument called shamisen, by two professional players.
